Si Thu is an engineer at Morks Reid, who specializes in computational modelling of fluid interaction and heat transfer. He focuses on predicting building heating and cooling load through computational modelling to improve the building thermal performance.  

Prior to Morks Reid, Si Thu did research on solar domestic hot water tanks that led to ways to improve the thermal performance of solar water heating systems. He also has experience in modelling air flow and associated heat transfer inside gable greenhouses to achieve optimal greenhouse temperature and humidity. He has a doctorate in Engineering from Auckland University of Technology.
