Designed by Morks Reid’s Lead Architect, the site is located on a quiet residential street at the Airport Hills enclave in Accra Ghana. Given the urban terrain of the location, the designed employed a simplistic outlook with significant efforts at bringing the vernacular architecture and typical passive architectural strategies in meeting the client’s needs 

Careful considerations were made during the design consent stage to ensure that trees located in the vicinity of the building were not disturbed pre- and post-construction.  By satisfying the clients requirement of a rectilinear architecture, the designed aimed at maximizing space while simultaneously providing an avant-garde outlook. Overall, innovative claddinging was specified with contemporary bedrooms, staircase and living environment.
