Michael Osei Assibey is a  Managing Partner and lead for Mork Reid’s Building Services Team. Michael has over a decade of experience, leading projects through all phases of development. His design philosophy is unwaveringly client centric yet leans heavily on low energy systems and sustainable practices. He is a member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers and has worked in different capacities at the institute.  
Covering a wide range of building typologies including commercial, residential and specialized projects, Michael seeks to add unexpected value to projects by devising intelligent and original design solutions that deliver beyond the client brief. His goal is to translate Morks Reid ethos of sustainability, through the lens of the client, while keeping an eagle eye on cost. 
Michael’s experience spans from the builder’s side to the designer’s side and so he thinks about the build while designing. Nothing is left to chance. He has played lead roles in the building of some iconic buildings in Ghana including the Marina Mall, Lands Commission Office, the award winning Dodowa District Hospital, and the new Tamale Airport Terminal.
