We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical building services design and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex HVAC, ventilation, plumbing and mechanical building systems.
• Undertake and oversee engineering calculations, equipment selection and specifications.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for mechanical designs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical capability development.
• Promote energy efficiency, sustainability and engineering innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant building services engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, building systems and relevant international standards.
• Advanced proficiency in engineering design software and BIM coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and review engineering deliverables.
• Professional engineering registration is desirable.
