We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer to support the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design HVAC, ventilation, plumbing and other mechanical building systems.
• Prepare engineering calculations, specifications and technical reports.
• Develop and review mechanical drawings and design documentation.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and electrical teams.
• Participate in design reviews, site inspections and technical meetings.
• Support energy-efficient and sustainable building design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Typically 3–6 years of relevant building services design experience.
• Working knowledge of applicable engineering codes and standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP and engineering calculation tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with sustainable building design is an advantage.
