We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Technician to support the production and coordination of accurate architectural documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Develop and maintain coordinated BIM models.
• Produce plans, elevations, sections, schedules and construction details.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with engineering disciplines.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Support project documentation and drawing revisions.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture or a related field.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant technical drafting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of building construction methods, materials and detailing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and design information.
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
