We are seeking a creative Architectural Designer with strong design sensibilities and the ability to translate concepts into functional, innovative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts and design proposals.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models and presentation materials.
• Support feasibility studies, space planning and design development.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on multidisciplinary projects.
• Prepare architectural visualizations and design documentation.
• Incorporate sustainability and user experience into design solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• Typically 2+ years of relevant architectural design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalent tools.
• Experience with visualization software such as Enscape, Lumion or Twinmotion.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical understanding.
• Good communication and collaborative working skills.
