We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Design Engineer to advance digital engineering, BIM implementation and computational design across multidisciplinary building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate intelligent 3D building models.
• Support BIM implementation and digital project delivery workflows.
• Develop automated processes to improve modelling and documentation efficiency.
• Undertake multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection.
• Explore parametric design, computational modelling and emerging digital technologies.
• Support digital innovation, data management and technical process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Computational Design or a related discipline.
• Typically 3+ years of experience in digital design, BIM or computational engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and relevant BIM coordination platforms.
• Experience with Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python or other automation tools is advantageous.
• Understanding of multidisciplinary building design workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in digital transformation.
