Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to construction documentation.
• Direct design development, technical coordination and quality reviews.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
• Oversee building code compliance, specifications and approval documentation.
• Mentor junior architects, designers and technical staff.
• Contribute to design innovation, sustainability and business development.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Professional architectural registration is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading building design projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows and architectural documentation.
• Strong design leadership, technical coordination and client management skills.
