We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead complex building projects and provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major building projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project strategy, commercial performance, programmes and risk management.
• Manage senior client relationships and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and technical teams.
• Support business development, proposals and project delivery improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience managing complex or large-scale building projects.
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership and contract administration skills.
• Relevant professional registration or project management certification is desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making abilities.
