As an Industrial Mechanical Engineer at Morks Reid, Sulaiman Fadlalah develops mechanical solutions for renewable energy systems and conducts feasibility studies. He has conducted the analysis for the deployment of renewable energy technology such as wind and solar in parts of north Africa using industry based modelling tools. In addition to his extensive knowledge of biomechanics, he has also spearheaded a number of compliance assessments in the field of environmental management.  

Among his research areas are Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) systems, Fluid-Structure Interaction, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Composite Materials, and Engineering Mechanics and Design. He has authored and coauthored several journal articles in leading journals and a book chapter. He is currently a lecturer in Engineering (Mechanical) at the School of Computing and Engineering, University of Huddersfield.
